It only took 6 months (and hosting a bridal shower for my friend's upcoming wedding) but our house is finally decorated with pictures and art. I still have some pictures to mount in Rai's room, but the common areas are done!

How do you keep a 4 year old busy for 10 minutes?

How do you keep a 4 year old busy for 10 minutes? Ask for help putting up the bottled water. :-) Rai loves to help me with everything, but he doesn't like to problem solve. I couldn't resist an opportunity to let his stubbornness help him overcome his frustration to problem solve. He eventually figure out that pushing this package of water was much easier than trying to pick up or pull it. Kudos to Rai for not giving up!

3 years ago today

3 years ago today, Rai's foster mother (Omma) took us to a beautiful flower park, so we could spend the day with her and Rai. I was so thankful for the opportunity to see both Omma and Rai so much during our trip to Korea.

This morning, Rai and I celebrated the anniversary of this wonderful day as an extended family with breakfast at a local walking trail filled with flowers.
