My grandfather was an exceptional and hardworking builder and gave my dad his porch swing he made himself. I have many memories of swinging on this swing beside him and listening to his stories. When I first acquired it, I refinished it but never had a chance to use it much. Now that we have a new backyard, I'm determined to show Rai how wonderful it can be to slow down and swing.
